Words

We are at that point where we think Will is saying some words, but darnit, we're just not sure. He will say a word, then "forget" it for a while, then bust it out again. What a character. Some examples:

1) Will has been saying his own versions of "hi" ("Hah!") and "yes" ("heh") since he was about five months old. You walk into the room, and he says "Hah!" You ask him if he wants a ball, and he says, "Heh!" and gets all excited.

Will was at Mommy's work on Friday and was standing in a circle of six women. He took one look at everyone and said, "Hiiiiii."

2) We caught him staring down the kitty from his exersaucer saying, "Kee. Kee."

3) In the bathtub, his favorite toy at the moment is a plastic fish. We also have a giant fish covering the faucet. He has called them, "Iss-eeeee" several times, but that seems to be one he's forgotten in favor of...

4) "Ahhh duh." For some reason, his duckies are "Ahhh duh." Adorable.

5) And finally, his favorite word, "Da Da." He has said "Ma Ma" before, and still sometimes says it when he's sad and occasionally when he wakes up first thing in the morning. But his parent of choice at the moment is very clearly, "Da Da."
